COVID-19 safety regulations apply and the lodge occupancy is limited to 20 guests/members. A copy of the Bundara Ski Club COVID Safe Plan will be made available upon request.
Bookings must be paid for in full to be confirmed
Tentative bookings must be paid for within 24 hours.
Unpaid bookings will be cancelled after 7 days and rooms/beds will be made available for online booking by others.
Fridays and Saturdays are booked as a block. No bookings will begin or end on a Saturday. Where a member and/or guest plans to arrive on a Saturday they will be required to pay for the Friday night as well to secure their booking.
A maximum of 10 beds may be booked at any one time. For group bookings of more than 10 please contact our booking officer. email@example.com
Rooms 1 and 9 are available for booking at a whole room rate for 2 people.
Rooms 3, 4, 6, 7 and 8 are available for booking at a whole room rate for 4 people.
Room 5 is available for booking at a whole room rate for 6 people.
Any additional members or guests occupying a room must be approved by the lodge manager prior to arrival.
Any member, who requires help re on-line booking, can contact the booking officer for assistance.
DURING YOUR STAY
DAILY CHECK IN – 5pm CHECK OUT –2pm
There should be no arrivals before 5pm. If members and/or guests arrive early, bags and food are to be left neatly in the triangle room (not in the hallways, bedrooms, fridges or kitchen cupboards).
Members and guests are required to provide their own towels and bed linen (top and bottom sheets, pillow slip and doona cover). If members or guests would like linen to be provided during their stay this can be arranged with the lodge manager for a fee prior to their arrival.
Members and guests must clean, vacuum and vacate their rooms by 10am on the date of departure. If you plan to ski on the day of your departure, you may leave your bags and food neatly in the triangle room (not in the hallways, bedrooms, fridges or kitchen cupboards).
